- Built and evolved the team's internal SaaS tools: a video production tool (French-English localisation, publishing to 8 accounts on 4 networks) and a multilingual SEO article generator.
- Built AI agents and automations that replace repetitive tasks, including a comment-reply agent plugged into product data: comment-to-video matching from 9% to 94%.
- Equipped SEO, content and sales decisions with reliable dashboards: tracking audited before adding anything, totals checked by tests, pre-computed rollups that cut database writes by about 87%.
- Proposed the team's access vault in my onboarding report, then built it, managed from the internal dashboard, internal AI agent included.
